The Electra Cruiser Go! Always comes as a Class 1 electric bike, adding to its capable but relaxed vibe. This e-Bike is available in both step-through and step-over frame geometries. Step-through is great for riders with mobility issues, people wearing bathing suits, or anyone who wants to comfortably rest their feet on the ground. Every component on the Electra Cruiser Go! is there to make your ride feel better.

For an electric cruiser to work, it has to have a great frame and foundation before the motor is even introduced. The Electra Cruiser Go! is designed with a lot of features that Electra’s non-electric cruisers are made with. It offers the option of two different frame styles and is full of the simplistic yet solid features you need in a low-maintenance cruiser. 

• Frame: The Electra Cruiser Go! can be purchased with a step-through frame, but that is not the only way you will be able to comfortably rest your feet on the ground. Both frame options come with geometry that allows the rider to plant their feet on the ground even when they are still in the saddle. This is just one piece of a very relaxed geometry on a durable aluminum frame. 

• Handling: Riding a cruiser is usually a low-paced activity compared to most e-Bike activities. Handling a bike is actually more difficult at lower speeds, so the Electra Cruiser Go! needs to be up to this unique challenge. It comes with an extra-wide and ergonomic swept-back handlebar that makes handling at slow speeds much more manageable. 

• Single Speed: Most cruiser riders want to do as little maintenance as possible, and a single-speed setup is a great way to get the job done. Eliminating shifters, cogs, gear cables, and derailleurs means fewer things can go wrong. The drivetrain is often the culprit of mechanical issues on a bike, so eliminating most of it will greatly cut down on maintenance time and cost.  

The Electra Cruiser Go! keeps all the features you want in your cruiser and adds the kick of a drive unit. The motor is hidden and provides light assistance that doesn’t overpower your ride, helping to keep the overall vibe of a cruiser intact. 

• Drive Unit: Hidden away inside the aluminum frame, the Hyena rear-hub motor is not one of the more prominent features on this bike. It is a Class 1 motor with a 40 Nm max torque that gets the job done without overpowering the rider. The 250 Wh battery is also hidden, tucked away in the downtube, making it look almost identical to a traditional non-electric bike. 

• Sensor-Based Engagement: To make sure the motor doesn’t take over your ride, Electra incorporated torque sensors into the Cruiser Go! These sensors measure your torque and exact pedaling pressure as you ride so the motor can add the exact amount of assistance you need without doing too much. It smoothly cuts off the power right when you hit the 20 mph mark. 

• Minimalist Cockpit: Keeping with the traditional bike theme of the Electra Cruiser Go! is an LED cockpit that gives you all the information you need without overwhelming you. It doesn’t bother with busy LCD screens, but instead uses a low-profile Hyena LED indicator to track battery life and your pedal assist settings as you ride. 

The Electra Cruiser Go! is designed for boardwalk riders, beach commuters, and anyone else who wants a nice and comfortable ride. Its comfortable setup and rust-resistant frame make it an excellent choice for coastal towns where salt is in the air. It is also a solid choice for the rider who wants the extra boost of an e-Bike without having to deal with the abundance of tech that comes with it.
