We believe that buying a bike should be as easy and stress-free as riding it.
That’s why we’re proud to offer our 14-Day Test Ride Policy. From the moment your bike arrives at your doorstep, you have 2 full weeks & 20 miles to fall in love with it - or let us know if it’s not the right fit for you. As long as you notify us before 8 PM ET on the 14th day, we’ll make the return process smooth, simple, and hassle-free. You'll get back the full price of the bike, minus a $99 restocking fee.

You have 2 full weeks from the delivery date to decide if the bike is right for you. Just notify us by 8 PM ET on the 14th day to initiate your return.
The Test Ride Policy is exactly like it sounds - once the bike is back in our UpCenter, we'll refund the total cost of the bike (excluding any shipping fees & a $99 restocking fee).
Keep your original packaging and repack the bike for return shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and arrange a convenient pick-up time.
Yes! Your bike must be in the same condition as when it was sold and have less than 20 miles added to the odometer to qualify for a return.
Absolutely! We’ll issue a discount code equal to the bike’s purchase price to use on your next order. Make sure to schedule a call with our experts to ensure your next bike is the perfect fit!

All shipping fees are nonrefundable and the 14-Day Test Ride Policy includes only the price of the bike & any taxes paid during the initial purchase. There's an additional $99 restocking fee.
To initiate a return or exchange during your 14-Day Test Ride Policy, please use the chat function on our website or send us an e-mail to helpdesk@upway.shop. The team will respond with a form to schedule a pick-up from your address. If you would like to exchange your e-bike, please contact us before placing an order on a new bike.
In addition to Upway's 14-Day Test Ride Policy, every bike comes with a complimentary limited warranty that is valid for the first 365 days!

How many times I can use the 14-Day Test Ride Policy?
What if my bike isn't shipped yet?
If you're bike hasn't shipped, you might be eligible to get a full refund, including all the shipping fees. For this, you need to notify us via helpdesk@upway.shop before 8 AM the next business day after the order is placed that you'd like to cancel the purchase. Cancellations done after 8 AM the next business day are treated as returns.
