Mondraker’s History
Mondraker didn’t start out as the electric bike leader they are today. Back in 2001, Miguel Pina founded the company in Alicante, Spain. Their first bike was a downhill bike called the Debut, which was acclaimed for its adjustability and success on gravity rides. A few years later, they made the Foxy, a versatile all-mountain trail bike that became their most iconic bike model. Over the next decade, Mondraker continued to evolve and engineered the Zero Suspension System and Forward Geometry.
In 2025, Mondraker launched its first line of e-Bikes, instantly propelling them to the top of the electric bike market. Electric bikes had long been focusing on comfort and capability, but Mondraker wanted to take the high-speed tech they are known for and apply it to electric bikes. Today, they make many lightweight e-Bikes with carbon frames and apply their aggressive geometry to these models. Mondraker wants to offer top performance whether the bike has a motor or not.

Mondraker Mountain Bikes
Mondraker makes bikes for every part of the trail. Their lineup includes trail hardtails and full-suspension cross-country bikes, trail bikes, enduro bikes, and downhill bikes. They even have some new dirt jumping and bike park options to consider. If you are looking for a model that they no longer make, be sure to check Upway periodically to see if we have a great deal on a refurbished version for you.
- Mondraker Foxy: The Foxy is the most popular bike in the Mondraker lineup. It is a very capable trail bike that leans toward more aggressive riding and enduro terrain. It is available with a choice of carbon fiber or alloy for your frame material and different groupset options. This bike includes their Forward Geometry and Zero Suspension System, leading to aggressive precision on the trail.
- Mondraker F-Podium: The F-Podium is where Mondraker makes the most of their race-ready geometry. This is their lightweight cross-country bike, which is used by the Mondraker Factory Racing Team at the highest level. It features a smaller rear triangle and updated XC geometry to make it more nimble and aggressive than ever. This is the full-suspension version as opposed to the Podium hardtail.
- Mondraker Summum:The downhill team trusts the Summum to make their descents fast, safe, and smooth. This bike features 200mm of rear suspension travel and has an adjustable geometry that includes 27 combinations of reach, shock, and rear dropout sizes. The Zero Suspension System and a special downhill version of the Forward Geometry put the Mondraker touch on the Summum.

Mondraker Electric Bikes
Many riders consider Mondraker an electric bike first brand, and they are right to a degree. The brand leaned into the e-Bike boom and made electric mountain bikes that included their world-class geometry setups and suspension. Often, a brand’s top tech is reserved for its racing bikes, but Mondraker brought it all to the e-Bike world.
- Mondraker Crafty: The Crafty is the most popular and versatile Mondraker e-Bike on the trail. It includes a Bosch Performance Line CX motor and skews more toward enduro riding. This means that the Crafty is extremely durable and capable, with a suspension that can handle anything. It still remains fast and nimble with its racing geometry.
- Mondraker Dune: The Mondraker Dune is another bike that leans toward the enduro side of things with 165mm of rear suspension travel and a Bosch SX motor. The Dune is designed to bring a non-electric handling feel to the electric MTB world. This bike is great if you love lightweight, aggressive riding and hard descending.
- Modraker Dusty: The Dusty shows itself in multiple forms. There is a city/hybrid version of the Dusty and also a gravel version. Both feature a Mahle X20 motor and are designed to be more capable than the competition on varying terrain. Gravel and urban riders need to focus on durability as well as speed. The industry is agile and stable for urban commutes and gravel adventures.
