Its mid-drive motor delivers strong, natural-feeling assistance, while the oversized tires provide exceptional traction and stability on surfaces like sand, snow, gravel, and trails. Built with an adventure-focused mindset, it combines off-road capability with a sturdy, dependable feel that makes it equally suited for exploration and everyday riding.

A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.
Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.
If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.
