How shipping normally works for sellers
But it doesn’t have to be that way— Upway has long been making shipping a bike a breeze for individual sellers. When an individual sells their used electric bike to Upway, we’ll send them a bike box for free and cover all the shipping costs to send the bike to our UpCenter. We also include plenty of information on how to properly package the electric bike to ensure it arrives in perfect shape with no issues.
