Upway’s new Unboxed E-Bike Delivery
The wheels never stop turning at Upway and the latest goings-on include our grand opening of the Los Angeles UpCenter, the new sister headquarters to our original UpCenter in Brooklyn.
How it works
- Eligible area: Customers who live within 100 miles of Los Angeles can take advantage of Unboxed Delivery.
- Schedule your time: Choose your preferred 2-hour time slot and the courier will deliver the e-Bike, load it off the vehicle, and hand it off to you directly.
How other retailers ship their e-Bikes
At Upway, we’ve always made this process as painless as possible, offering 5-minute and 15-minute assembly shipping options where all you’ll need to do is install the handlebars on your e-Bike (tools and instructions provided).
Brands like Aventon and Rad Power Bikes ship their bikes partially assembled, but customers can pay for professional assembly at a local bike shop or in-person delivery, though that service costs a pretty penny. Other retailers may ship their bikes in a way that requires more involved assembly, meaning it's more likely that you’ll end up with misadjusted parts or spend way too much time going down YouTube tutorial rabbit holes.
