If you live in or around New York City or LA you’re likely eligible for Upway’s unboxed or “ready-to-ride” delivery package. The nearby location of our UpCenter warehouse in Brooklyn or LA makes this convenient delivery option possible, allowing local riders to avoid fiddling around with cardboard boxes or bike assembly upon arrival.
- Eligible area: All electric bikes shipped to customers located within 150 miles of Upway’s UpCenters arrive unboxed and ready to ride.
- Schedule your time: Choose your preferred 2-hour timeslot and the courier will deliver the e-Bike, load it off the vehicle, and hand it off to you directly.

Other electric bike delivery options
The base delivery fee is $49, but the final shipping price may increase for locations in the middle of the US that are far away from our NYC and LA UpCenters (where our bikes ship from).
