A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.

If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.

If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.
