Orange County changes the question depending on where you live. Near the coast, the idea can feel more comfort-first and path-friendly. And if your riding is more beach-path than river-trail, Huntington Beach is worth checking out. The city says the bicycle path speed limit is 5 mph when pedestrians are present and 10 mph maximum. That is a good note that not every Orange County ride is about speed. Sometimes the right e-Bike is just the one that feels easy, predictable, and relaxing to ride when things get crowded.
