Upway x Aventon ReFrame: Give Customers an Extra $100 Toward Their Next Aventon
Written by: Upway Team | September 2026 | Time to read 4 min
This September, Aventon ReFrame is giving dealers another tool to help customers upgrade: an additional $100 on the first 100 qualifying trade-ins associated with the purchase of a new Aventon.

From Their Current E-Bike to a New Aventon
- Value Their Current E-Bike: Go to b2b.upway.app, enter the details of the customer’s current e-Bike, and receive an Upway trade-in valuation.
- Sell the New Aventon: Use the value of their current bike to make the upgrade more accessible and help close the new-bike sale.
- Submit the New Aventon Details: Provide the model and serial number of the new Aventon sold and link it to the corresponding completed trade-in.
- Receive the $100 September Bonus: For the first 100 qualifying trades, once the transaction has been validated, Upway pays the additional $100 directly to your dealership.
You sell the new bike. Upway handles the old one. Your dealership doesn’t need to purchase, price, store, or resell the customer’s used e-Bike. Upway manages the trade-in from there.

Change the Conversation From Price to Upgrade Cost
Upway trade-in value: $850
September ReFrame bonus: +$100
Total value: $950
Instead of only asking: “What does the new Aventon cost?”, the customer can start thinking about: “What does it cost me to upgrade?” That difference can make the next-bike decision significantly easier.
Their Current E-Bike Doesn’t Have to Be an Aventon
ReFrame isn’t only for existing Aventon owners. Customers can trade in eligible e-Bikes from many different brands, giving your dealership another way to support both existing customers and riders considering Aventon for the first time.
- Help Existing Aventon Riders Upgrade: Turn the value of their current Aventon into purchasing power for their next model.
- Bring New Riders Into Aventon: If a customer currently rides another brand, their existing e-Bike can still have trade-in value that helps them make the switch.
- ReFrame can be both an upgrade tool and a new-customer sales tool.

Start With One Simple Question
“Do you have an e-Bike at home you’d like to trade in?”
Ask the question when a customer:
- Already owns an e-Bike
- Is considering an upgrade
- Thinks the new bike is outside their budget
- Wants to switch from another brand to Aventon
- Says they need to sell their existing bike before buying
- Is comparing whether to upgrade or keep their current bike
