For customers who live within a 100-mile radius of one of our UpCenters (New York City or Los Angeles), we deliver bikes unboxed so they are ready to go as soon as the bike gets unloaded off the truck. Our support team will contact you to schedule a 2-hour delivery window.
15-minute assembly: Starting at $49
This is the most common way that retailers ship bikes! The bike is packaged in a way that takes just 15 minutes to assemble fully. Typically, the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel are removed. The bike is delivered in 3-5 business days.
5-minute assembly: Starting at $149
Upway also offers the option for you to receive your bike fully assembled! Set up takes just 5 minutes with this option, so you can start enjoying your bike as quickly as possible. All you’ll need to do is attach the pedals and align the handlebars— all required tools are included.

Yes! The carrier will not deliver unless you are there to sign, unless you authorize them to deliver without a signature. However, please note that the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery day/time that works for you.
