While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.

If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.
If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.
