A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.

Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.

No. Your sales taxes will be calculated at check-out and vary per state. At the same time, you may not see any sales taxes applied to your purchase. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to helpdesk@upway.shop or via our chat.

Yes! The pictures you are seeing on the product page are the pictures of the exact bike you will receive if you purchase it. At Upway we truly believe in transparency and trust, so we decided to take the time to have at least 7 pictures of each bike we have in stock so that you know exactly what you are buying. Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, etc except the bike stand in the photo) and the user guide if we have it. 

Upway lets you choose to receive your bike either in 15-minute assembly or 5-minute assembly options. You can also select additional preferences for delivery speed and appointment choice. Shipping starts at $99 but varies by model (some bikes aren’t eligible for the 15-minute assembly). You can find more info on this page.

Please be assured that Upway has your back in case of any shipping damage. We generally recommend that customers do not refuse shipments. Upway will then credit you back a fair amount for any aesthetic, permanent damages such as scratches, and cover any repairs for functional damage.
