Your e-Bike arrives mostly assembled. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebar, and pedals. An assembly guide, video, and tools are included. Some bikes are not eligible for this option.

5-Minute Assembly

Your e-Bike arrives fully assembled. You only need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebar to get ready to hit the road.

UpCenter Pick-Up

Free pick-up at our UpCenter with expert set-up to make sure the bike fits you perfectly. You will also receive a free Kryptonite lock to keep it secure!

Can I get my bike delivered anywhere in the US?

We deliver to all lower 48 states of the contiguous U.S. Delivery takes anywhere between 1 to 10 business days, depending on where you live and your selected shipping option.

Can I talk to an Upway expert about this bike?

Why is the mileage that low? Is the bike new?

A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.

Is my bike under warranty?

Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.


If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.

Does the price include sales taxes? 

No. Your sales taxes will be calculated at check-out and vary per state. At the same time, you may not see any sales taxes applied to your purchase. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to helpdesk@upway.shop or via our chat.

Does Upway take pictures of all their bikes?

Yes! The pictures you are seeing on the product page are the pictures of the exact bike you will receive if you purchase it. At Upway we truly believe in transparency and trust, so we decided to take the time to have at least 7 pictures of each bike we have in stock so that you know exactly what you are buying. If you have any questions or if you want more pictures, don't hesitate to reach out at helpdesk@upway.shop or via our chat.

Does my bike come with key(s) and chargers(?)

Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, etc except the bike stand in the photo) and the user guide if we have it. 

What are the shipping options?

Upway lets you choose to receive your bike either in 15-minute assembly or 5-minute assembly options. You can also select additional preferences for delivery speed and appointment choice. Shipping starts at $99 but varies by model (some bikes aren’t eligible for the 15-minute assembly). You can find more info on this page.

What happens if something goes wrong with my shipment?

Please be assured that Upway has your back in case of any shipping damage. We generally recommend that customers do not refuse shipments. Upway will then credit you back a fair amount for any aesthetic, permanent damages such as scratches, and cover any repairs for functional damage.
