The Himiway D3 (commonly known as the Cruiser) is an affordable, all-purpose electric bike that blends relaxed cruiser comfort with solid off-road capability. Powered by a robust 750W geared rear hub motor and a high-capacity 48V lithium-ion battery, it provides plenty of acceleration and up to 35-60 miles of range depending on your use of the pedal assist or the half-twist throttle. It features 26x4-inch fat tires that offer tremendous grip and mechanical stability across sand, snow, and varied rough surfaces. Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.

Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, etc except the bike stand in the photo) and the user guide if we have it.
Upway lets you choose to receive your bike either in 15-minute assembly or 5-minute assembly options. You can also select additional preferences for delivery speed and appointment choice. Shipping starts at $99 but varies by model (some bikes aren’t eligible for the 15-minute assembly). You can find more info on this page.
Please be assured that Upway has your back in case of any shipping damage. We generally recommend that customers do not refuse shipments. Upway will then credit you back a fair amount for any aesthetic, permanent damages such as scratches, and cover any repairs for functional damage.
