Yes you can contact us via our chat (from 9am to 6pm ET), via email at helpdesk@upway.shop or you can schedule a call with one of our Upway experts using this link.
A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.
Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.
If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.
No. Your sales taxes will be calculated at check-out and vary per state. At the same time, you may not see any sales taxes applied to your purchase. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to helpdesk@upway.shop or via our chat.
Yes! The pictures you are seeing on the product page are the pictures of the exact bike you will receive if you purchase it.
