Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, etc except the bike stand in the photo) and the user guide if we have it.Â
Upway lets you choose to receive your bike either in 15-minute assembly or 5-minute assembly options. You can also select additional preferences for delivery speed and appointment choice.
