A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.
If you would like, you can purchase a more robust warranty through our partner, Extend. You can read more about Extend's warranty here.
