How long do I have to return my e-Bike?

At Upway, every purchase is backed by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Customers have two full weeks to test out the electric bike and decide if it’s the right match. If it isn’t, just let us know before the 14th day, and you can get a full refund or make an exchange.

To make a return or exchange within the first 14 days, contact us through the chat feature on our website or email us. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and coordinate the pick-up of the bike at your house. Once your bike arrives back at our UpCenter and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price of the bike. Unfortunately, Upway doesn’t refund the original shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase.

Be sure that the e-Bike meets the return requirements:

  • The bike must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Fewer than 10 miles should be added to the odometer.
  • The original packaging (including the bike box) must be used for repacking and shipping.
