Can I get my bike delivered anywhere in the US?

Why is the mileage that low? Is the bike new?
A large percentage of our stock is actually brand new. In many cases, we get these bikes still-in-box from both manufacturers and bike shops as overstock. While you will typically not be eligible for manufacturer warranty for these bikes, this is how we are able to offer them at such a steep discount. You can find all our new bikes here.
Is my bike under warranty?
Yes! A professional bike mechanic has repaired, inspected, and certified your electric bike, meaning we are happy to offer a 1-year warranty that covers mechanical and electrical defects. If you experience any problems within the next 12 months receipt of your bike, please contact us via email: helpdesk@upway.shop.

Does the price include sales taxes?
No. Your sales taxes will be calculated at check-out and vary per state. At the same time, you may not see any sales taxes applied to your purchase. As Upway is a brand new business in the US, we are only required to charge sales taxes as from a determined level of revenue collected per state. Does Upway take pictures of all their bikes?
Yes! The pictures you are seeing on the product page are the pictures of the exact bike you will receive if you purchase it. At Upway we truly believe in transparency and trust, so we decided to take the time to have at least 7 pictures of each bike we have in stock so that you know exactly what you are buying. Does my bike come with key(s) and chargers(?)
Yes! You will receive the key(s), charger(s), all the accessories you see on the pictures if there are some (rack, basket, bag, etc except the bike stand in the photo) and the user guide if we have it.
What are the shipping options?
Upway offers you to select if you would like to receive your bike either 85% assembled or 99% assembled. You also have some extra options regarding the speed and choice of appointment. Shipping generally starts at $99 but depends on the model (some bikes are not eligible for 85% assembly). You can find more info on this page.
What happens if something goes wrong with my shipment?
Please be assured that Upway has your back in case of any shipping damage. We generally recommend that customers do not refuse shipments. Upway will then credit you back a fair amount for any aesthetic, permanent damages such as scratches, and cover any repairs for functional damage.
