While many known e-Bikes are popular items, price points also fueled the intense demand. Unlike a typical discount or a tax credit you might use at the end of the year, this voucher can be used immediately and help you buy a new e-Bike completely free.
The basic voucher offers $1,750, and residents can get an additional $250 based on need. Since an entry-level e-Bike starts at around $1,000, that means the voucher gives recipients a lot of options. To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and a California resident. Your household income should be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
