By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and fees described below.

Upfront Fees Charged at Checkout

The following amounts are charged when you place your subscription order:

Monthly subscription fee (first month), as shown at checkout

Refundable security deposit of $100, which may be applied to any unpaid fees, late fees, repair costs, or other charges/damages incurred by Upway resulting from your breach of the Service Terms. Any remaining or unused portion will be refunded to you within thirty (30) days following the termination of the Subscription, provided that all Company Property (e.g., E-Bike, keys, charger, accessories) is returned in satisfactory condition, accounting for normal wear and tear, in accordance with the Operations Page.

Delivery logistics fee: $99 per trip, if you choose delivery rather than pickup at Upway Redondo Beach.

Recurring Charges/Autorenewal

After the first payment, your subscription includes a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Following the initial 3-month period, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, and your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly subscription fee unless you cancel in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Additional Fees That May Apply

The following fees are not charged upfront, but may apply depending on how the subscription is used or ends:

Return logistics fee: $99 per trip, if Upway collects the bike rather than customer drop-off

Collection Administrative Fee: If your account is referred to a third-party debt collection agency due to non-payment, you shall be responsible for: (i) a one-time administrative fee of $150 if the account is transferred to a third-party collection agency and (ii) any costs of such collection as reasonably incurred (including agency fees).

Commercial Use Violation Fee: If the E-Bike is used for any business or commercial purpose in violation of the permitted use provided in the Terms of Use or Operations Policy, Company may terminate the Service, repossess the E-Bike, and charge you an additional fee of 100% of the monthly subscription cost for each month of such unauthorized use, plus any restoration costs.

Bike Repair Fee: If the E-Bike requires repair due to Customer’s misuse or negligence, Customer shall be responsible for the costs of repairing the E-Bike.
