What happens if the bike is damaged during transit to the Upway center?
If there is a logistics issue after pickup, Upway manages the process directly. Our team will handle the issue and reach out if anything is needed from the shop.
How and when do we get paid?
We pay by ACH after the bike arrives at our facility and is checked in to confirm it matches the submitted trade. In most cases, payment is issued within 48 to 72 hours of receipt and verification.
Is there a cost for the shop to join the Trade-In Program?
No. Joining the Upway Trade-In Program is completely free for retailers. There are no sign-up fees, subscription costs, or software charges. All you need is to be a U.S. retailer and create an account with a valid email address and password.
