When coming to pick-up your bike, our team of expert mechanics can help you set-up the bike so it's tailored just for you! We'll set up the perfect seat height, suspension stiffness & make sure the tires are fully inflated. Additionally, our team members will walk you through all the features of your bike and show you how to use it!
Accessories
Visiting our UpCenter is a great way to look at some accessories and we'll give you a FREE KRYPTONITE LOCK for every customer who chooses to pick-up their bike. Our team will also walk you through our selection of helmets, lights & other add-ons to set you up for success on your e-bike adventure!

Picking up a bike from our UpCenter is completely free! This means no money spent on shipping fees.
How to schedule a pick-up
Choose the option Pickup in store after entering your e-mail address in the checkout view.
Our team will prepare the bike & send you the link to schedule a pick-up. You can do it already on the same day!
Come visit us, we'll set-up the bike and answer any questions you might have.
