If you’ve selected the parcel shipping option, you’ll receive your bike 85% assembled at an unbeatable price (in under a week)!

Our Carrier Partners


We offer two delivery options :

85% Assembled Standard: FedEx will send you a text message to notify you the day before the delivery attempt. If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, they will call you, allowing you to schedule the delivery for a day of your choosing. They will always require your signature to deliver your e-bike.

85% Assembled Premium: Fedex will call you when the package is near your local delivery terminal to arrange a 2-hour delivery window at your convenience, requiring a signature upon receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my tracking link?

Our warehouse is only open on weekdays, and we generally ship out 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. This is to give our team ample time to properly test and pack your bike. If you have not received your tracking link by 7pm EST 2 business days after placing your order, feel free to reach out to our customer support team here. Once you received it you will be able to track your delivery from end to end on FedEx platform, see delivery attempts and ETA of your delivery.

Will I have to be present to sign for the package?

Yes, all our e-bikes are delivered with signature, so you need to be at home to receive your e-bike, and the delivery person will ask you to sign for it.

What if I am not home when my bike is delivered ?

If you are not at home during the delivery of your e-bike, the delivery person will call you to reschedule for a day when you will be at home to receive the bike. The delivery will never be finalized if there is no one at home to sign for it.

Can someone else sign for the delivery ?

Yes, the signature doesn't necessarily have to come from you, and you can ask someone else to sign for you as long as that person is an adult.

What if there is shipping damage?

In extremely rare cases of shipping damage, please rest assured that Upway will take care of you. If any issues occur during shipping, we will present you with one of three options:

    - For non-repairable damage such as scratches, we will credit you back as warranted

    - For functional damage, we will help you find a bike shop to get your issue repaired on our dime.

    - Alternatively, we can do an exchange or return at no cost.
