Where can I get help?
Can I see/test ride the electric bikes before the purchase?
For now, we are not allowed to provide test rides in our warehouse. We deliver everywhere in the country and offer a 14-day return policy on all bikes, no questions asked. We are currently working on allowing testings at our Brooklyn location. Stay tuned!
